Born and raised in Houston, Candra Brown earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Houston before embarking on a career as a science teacher and volleyball coach for the Houston Independent School District. Driven by a desire to make a larger impact, she transitioned to real estate fulltime.

 Candra's entrepreneurial spirit and passion for real estate led her to earn three designations, National Commercial Real Estate Advisor, Luxury Listing Specialist, Resort & Second Home Property Specialist, and Certified Real Estate Investment Planning Specialist, as well as International Certification. Her international certification allows her to operate in 10 jurisdictions, including countries such as Ghana, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Belize, and England.  

 As the elected CEO for Hampton Holdings Real Estate Investment Trust, Candra is at the helm of a thriving real estate enterprise. Her role extends beyond traditional real estate activities, as she also serves as the TV Host for an Emmy-nominated show focused on real estate, community, and lifestyle in Houston, Texas.

Candra's professional journey includes contributions to innovative companies such as Apple, Inc. and Amazon. At Apple, she played a role in driving sales and innovation across various product lines. During her tenure at Amazon, she contributed to the management of warehouse supply chain operations, streamlining processes and improving efficiency. These experiences in Corporate America have equipped Candra with valuable insights and skills that she leverages in her entrepreneurial endeavors.

A celebrated leader in the real estate industry, Candra has received numerous accolades for her outstanding achievements. Notably, she was honored with the "Legacy Lady of Leadership Award" from the Houston Black Real Estate Association, recognizing her leadership, vision, and contributions to the community. Houston Boss, Inc. also bestowed upon her the "Boss on Fire Award" for exceptional management and business acumen. 

Her active involvement in industry associations, including serving on the Board of Directors for the Texas Association of Real Estate Brokers, the Houston Association of Realtor's Engage Advisory Board, Treasurer of the Houston Black Real Estate Association,  and the PR Committee for the National Association of Real Estate Brokers, highlights her commitment to the real estate community.
